I've been taking the Cambridge shakes for about a month now without taking any vitamins or anything like that and the other day at the doc she ran a complete blood panel basically testing to make sure I wasn't toxic or deficient on any vitamins and everything was spot on! If you're looking for simple and easy, CD is definitely how you want to go. You don't have to keep a food diary, you don't have to wrack your brain about what you're going to fix for your self later, you don't have to worry about taking any supplements (unless you chose to of course).
