Hey everyone!

Im not new to SW did it about 5 years ago and lost a stone! Ive been on various different diets some have worked some havent lol! I am hoping that sw will get me to goal asap!..well before the summer would be fab!

Been haveing a gander in the new book and I just cant get my head around extra easy! I dunno how u can have meat and pasta etc all in one where as if i go original and have too many carbs u gain? hummmm doesnt take much but im confuzzled! Ha so today is gunna be original!

Heres the plan!

Breakie

Eggs , quorn sausage, mushys, turkey rashers, 3 slices ww bread (Hex b) possiblY a bit of chicken lol

lunch

Quorn fillets egg white omlette, lean ham slices rolled with with E L laughing cow (hex a), tom ketchup 24g 1/2 syn! Activia yog fat free! 2 clementines!

Dinner

Huge bowl of bolognese and 35g of whole wheat spaghetti! (Hex b), Salad, Shape fuller yog, banana.

Then have my syns to play around with too! I really cant believe i can have soooo much! SW is defo for me lol

cant wait for asda man to come!

OOOh actually my SW consultant was extreamly busy with the disruption of the snow and she didnt tell me how many syns to have. When i did it before they just put u on 10 syns as a standard is it still the same?
