Getting weighed

Hi
I have been good since i started the ww meetings and ive really been trying . I know i am worrying over nothing with my weighing day when the day comes i will be looking forward to it i will have to take my ww leaders scales back ive only borrowed them i might invest insome they are quite good and easy to use i had egg and bacon and 1 slice of bread for bfast with tom sauce.
I am wanting to lose all this weight but it will take forever and i am wanting results straight away in october might be going on holiday do you think i could have most of my weight off by then im looking forward to be able to wear shorts but my thighs need toning up first but i think it is impossible to do ive got a exercise bike a rowing machine and hardly use them. So its just making myself get motivated to do it.

I will try and have a good week up to wed :)
 
Get yourself on that bike and rower Bethany, it will tone those thighs and speed up your losses. You can make big inroads into your diet by October. Use it as an incentive.
 
Just go for a walk. Try to make it a little further each day :) That will help
 
Karion is right walking is good for you, start of with a stroll around the block and make it further each day, either by distance or time out walking. It is lovely in the weather we have at the moment. I have done a fair bit today and its free, great for your bum, thighs and calves.....so whats holding you back.
By the way, you should have put this in your diary section then I could have answered your questions all at the same time.
