Help !

Hi I'm out for lunch tomorrow but unsure what to order. I am doing an EE day and will either have:

Poached Sea-Bass with Shitake Mushrooms and Sticky Rice

OR

Miso Marinated Salmon with Sticky Rice and Japanese Pickle

How many syns would you count for each? Thanks.

I think its really hard to say.. You would have to work it all out.. i personally would not have any syns tomorrow or the next day to cover it just in case but thats me... up to you! x
