Ebly Wheat - Syns?

I was wondering if anyone would be able to tell me the syn value of Ebly wheat? I can't find it on the online calculator anywhere. I'm hoping that it'll be free...like rice & pasta...but I'm guessing it's most probably not!

It certainly used to be free on green about 8 or 9 years ago but I haven't even seen it in the shops for ages. It seems that the Ebly name is part of the Mars Group but it's not listed under that either. You might need to phone the syn helpline for advice.

Yeah it's not very easy to find Ebly these days. I can't remember where I bought my most recent pack. I do really like it though. Makes a change from pasta and rice. I didn't know there was a syn helpline, but I'll look it up and give them a call. Will report back with my findings - thank you :)

Great news - It's freeeeeeeeee on Green & Easy Extra. I think the lady said 17 on Original (per 100g uncooked weight)

Thanks for checking that out - I'll have to keep an eye out for it in the shops as it's good for a change from rice. By the way have a look at their website as they have recipes on it.

Waitrose sells it. I really like it - I make a mixture of leeks, butternut squash, aubergine and Ebly. Very filling and FREEEEEEEEE!

Just on a side note (I hope you don't mind) where did you find the syn helpline number as I have searched the sw site but can't seen to find it.
