I started SW before Xmas and tbh it was a bit half hearted with all the celebrations going on. I went back last Wednesday and was shocked to see an extra 9lbs on the scales :eek:

With the New Year and not being prepared, today is the first "proper" day of my restart and I find writing it down helps. And if I write it on here I'm hoping that will motivate me to stick to the plan - after all it's always an incentive to know I have to "justify" my choices lol.

So I will start with todays choices :D

Extra Easy

4.45am:
Blueberries with fat free fruit yogurt

Breakfast:
Bacon, scrambled egg, beans and mushrooms

Lunch:
Ryvitas (HB) & Laughing Cow Light (HB)
Mugshot
Mullerlight yogurt

Dinner:
2 Beefburgers
1 Roll (5.5 syns)
Salad

2 small glasses wine (8 syns)
1 malibu with diet coke (2.5 syns)
