OMG I love.........

The chocolate and orange made up shake meal from the tesco range i had one this morning and it was yuuuuuuuuuuuuummy, does anyone know if you can heat up the ready made shakes like you used to be able to do with cambridge diet ones? I used to pour it into a mug add a lil extra boiling water and heat for a min in the micorwave......Not sure if you can with these tho? might try it and see lol

i find having the hot chocolate one fills me up and now its cold cold cold in the mornings its nice to have something warming.

How is everyone else getting on? So far so good for me not sure wat to have for tea tonight tho... mite have a ww ocean pie and beans......whats on everyones menu?

I'm having chicken with the slimfast recipe for orange glaze (from the website), baby potatoes and veg

I'm having a Weight Watchers recipe - lamb and lentil curry, it should be really filling and yummy

Chocolate and Orange were just made for each other! sounds yummy.

I had beans on toast with an egg for my tea and plan on having it every day this week to kick start the diet

Indeed, just hope I'm feeling the same way about it next week ^^

i tried the choc and orange one this morning....
its lovely.. (little sweeter than what i am used to with slim fast) but i would def buy it again.. and they have 3 for 2.. so its even cheaper....
