I will succeed!!!
Well, I went to group last week for WI and had gained 4lbs. So tonight is the first WI 'back on plan' (well, 4 days of the 7 lol).
I am confident I will have lost, but I don't know how much - doubt it'll be massive as I wasn't on plan all week and catch up from Christmas. But I feel and look loads less bloated and been quite strict for the last four days (well normal SW but feels harsh after the break lol).
So...just a note to you all to say hope you do well this week at WI and either get a loss or aren't too worried about any gain...remember we can lose it again and it will be off soon enough.
Fingers crossed...I've set self a 9lb target on Charlotte Grace's Valentine's challenge lol! x
