HI im a newbie

Hi everyone,

my names aimee and im new on here it was my lovely sister who recommended this site.

i am getting married on the 31st July this year and in desperate need to lose some weight. i am following the slimming world diet but getting weighed at my sisters i had a wii fit off my lovely h2b for xmas which i am addicted to so hopefully this helps as well.

i would some tips in what helped you lose weight
