I'm starting sf properly tomorrow. I have just watched what I have ate today (needed to go shopping today) and was under 1200 calories, but really day 1 tomorrow. My weigh in day is a Sunday, I don't have scales in the house (I would never be off them) so weigh myself at the gym. I've got 23lbs to loose, I stopped smoking in March and my eating habits have just got out of control. I've done ww before so counting calories is going to be abit different for me but looking forward to learning the calories in foods.
 
Well day 1 done and was'nt too bad although have felt abit hungry at times. Never got any exercise done as the snow has been bad where I live and my gym's a 30min drive away, so was'nt wanting to drive. Think I'll get my wii out tomorrow and do abit on that and hopefully get back to the gym Fri or Sat.

Today I've had:

Asda good for you cauliflower cheese (was horrible :eek: so never ate it all) 342calories and slices of corned beef x5 215calories

satsuma 36calories (the apple and satsuma will make up 1 100calorie snack, I like to snack at nite so am keeping 2snacks for at nite, hope your allowed to do that)

Brocoli x3 72calories

boiled potatoes x2 (no salt or skin) 172calories
roast chicken 1cup 266calories

Sf pretzels 96calories
sf heavenly choco bar 95calories

TOTAL 1249calories

I'm still feeling hungry all the time, but just resisting stuffing my face, hopefully this will pass after a few days of doing this, really hoping so x

Well I've been sticking to it on and off. I don't know whats wrong with me, I can't seem to get the willpower and its really getting me down, I'm just hungry all the time, I'm thinking I should mabye try ww again, I've lost on that before, oh we'll see. On a plus point, I have been to the gym Sun (went swimming after doing workout aswell on Sun), Mon and Wed and am going again today actually got an appointment with my personal trainer today to do me a new fitness programme as the one I'm doing is to tone and I now want to burn fat, so will see what he comes up with :)
