first day back

Hi everyone i was on lipotrim in 2008 i lost 8 stone for my wedding and i have gained 5 of it back..............im going to try and the the 5 on lipotrim then i think i will be at weight watchers for the rest of my life lol...................today was my first day and so far it hasnt been too bad im freezing cold already xx

Have a hot bath i've had loads this week, i am starting back too, lost 4st put 2st back on. The bath really does work and then get wrapped up in bed duvet to keep the warmth in. Well done on 1st day nearly gone!
