Sole Source Plus® allows some extra flexibility. On this programme, you may have three Cambridge Diet meals plus a 200kcal meal (from a range of selected recipes available from your Counsellor) or four Cambridge Diet meals plus 200ml of skimmed milk. This is the same regardless of height or gender.

SS and SS+ are basically Step 1 together. You and your CDC will decide which is the better choice for you .

It's a good read. I can't wait to start the diet.
