Hi All
Wondering if anyone can help. I was given a slow cooker for christmas (after wanting one for ageeees lol)
Was looking at two recipes in this months mag, Chilli Cone Carne and Chicken Tikka Massala and wondering if anybody know if either would be slow cooker suitable?
With minced beef, would you need to brown the beef before hand or would it be okay to chuck in raw? I'm also concerned about the tikka because it calls for fromaige frais and natural yogert and I don't know if these would go funny cooking for hours on end?
Any advice appricated
