Hi All

Have just started ww at the weekend, doing it online. Have gained some weight since getting married in 2008 and i am fed up with trying to "squeeze" into my clothes!

So this is my food diary for today, 4/1/10.

B: 2 Weetabix & Milk = 3pts
S: WW Cookies = 1.5pts
L: Soup & Bread = 3.5pts
D: Chicken Chasseur & Pasta = 6pts

S: Curly Wurly

Trying to drink plenty of water too!
Total: 14

Points seem low, hopefully i've done it right!!

Todays menu - 5/1/10

B: Weetabix & Milk = 4pts
S: Rich Tea = 1pt
L: 3 x Bread (Kingsmill Crusts Away) & 0 Point soup = 2
D: Steak, potatoes, swede and pepper sauce = 4.5pts

Total of 11 points.
Will probably include another snack or low fat crisps tonight.

Just wanted to wish you well with your weight loss journey. I know what you mean about squeezing into your clothes - you get to the stage when it's either lose a few pounds or replace your wardrobe doesn't it!

This forum is a great place to get support, information, motivation and ideas.

What is your points allowance that you can use??

What is the minimum allowance you can take a day?

If my allowance was to be 26, would it be ideal for me to take say 14 a day to lose the weight or is this unsafe?

I don't think they advise that you save more than 4points a day. And I'm sure you're not meant to go below 16points. But I haven't got the books in front of me, so I will double check that for ya!
Mind you, saying all that, I've sometimes saved more than 4points and had a larger weightloss, though I think that is strongly discouraged & I remember my leader telling me to eat more! lol
