Hi folks - just popping by to say hi once again and as I've been away for quite a while, i just wondered if anything has changed (ie) what to eat on red or green days??? Ta - good to see ya all xxx love smigget xxxx

OMG!!! There's been a big change with the introduction of Extra Easy days! Do you know about them?

yeh, the EE I knew about thnx but never did it - is Green and Red still the same, plus HEX a's and b's food and also the Superfree Foods all the same? Thnx. xxxx

Some foods are no longer super free (starchy veg are out now), its only fruit and non starchy veg that are super free I think. Asda pitta bread is now a HEB, cann't tell you anymore but dare say someone will lol.
