I saw these advertised on the tv and they sound very nice. Just wondered if anyone has any idea on the syn value of them ? And if they are suitable for vegetarians ?

Thanks in advance !

68 cals - so 3.5syns at a rough guess though the calorie information is conflicting (unlikely to be any free food allowance in that!) and these are the ingredients (I'm not veggie, so not sure what to look for!)

Skimmed milk (65%), water, sugar, chocolate (3%)(sugar, cocoa butter, skimmed milk powder, cocoa mass, lactose, vegetable fat, whey powder, milk fat, Emulsifiers: Soya lecithin, E476, water, flavouring), cocoa powder, stabilisers: modified tapioca starch, E460, E466, E415, E407, whey powder, malt extract, glucose syrup, skimmed milk powder, emulsifier: E471, wheat flour. (Heat treated)

edit; just seen the symbol that they are ok for veggies :D

Thanks for all of that fallen angel ! I wonder if they are nice, thats the next question !!! Sugarlips, indeedy alot of E numbers! Not sure if I'll try one now or not

E-numbers shouldn't always worry you - but sometimes they should - lots of natural things have E-numbers too, so it's not all bad!
