Maintaing LT loss on GL
Hi everybody!!! Happy new year to one and all. Hope Christmas was good for you whether on the LT train or taking a break from it, like myself.
Well, I am pleased enough with how I got on. I know I have put on about 3-4 lbs over a couple of weeks. That said with one or two exceptions I managed food quite well. I eat sensibly most of the time, eat smaller portions, left food after me and drank moderately. I had a dessert only twice, eat some choccies but this was a small box (300g)of sweets in total as opposed to a whole tin which would be more usual for me. As for the demon drink, I had a few glasses of wine and one or two g/ts every other day. Again, this was much more sensible of me compared to other holiday times!!
I drank loads of water every day and this really helped me. Only once did I feel peckish and have cheese and crackers.
So, all in all, I think I controlled my intake pretty well given that I would use Christmas as an excuse to pig out entirely!!! How I might manage food on the longer term is another day's work.
Tomorrow, it is back to the shakes and flapjacks and 4 litres of water a day. I hope to stick with it till early March. Look forward to seeing how we all do in the coming weeks. Good luck everyone for our endeavours in 2010!!!!
