Hidden syns? Could you check for me please?

Hi,

I just wondered if someone would be able to check a few syn values for me, I just want to check that I am not having "hidden" syns.

Asda Double Strength Squash No Added Sugar Fruit Salad

2 slices WW Thick Brown bread as a HEXB

Asda Simply Porridge sachet as a HEXB (I haven't had any of these yet)

I do the plan from home so I don't have access to any new books

Thanks

WW Thick brown bread isn't a HEb - it has to be WW sliced brown danish or wholemeal bread (2 slices of either from a 400g loaf). Thick brown not online syns but this generic version is;

The double strength no added sugar squash is free as I'm sure the fruit salad is but you don't give enough detail on the latter.

The simply porridge sachet must be no more than 32g (or a serving of) and can only be the maple & pecan variety if it's for a HEb. This is the plain one;
