I actually haven't been on DC for nearly a year. I lost my way somewhat and took myself in hand by going on Lipotrim which I did for 15 weeks. I'm maintaining now .... well, when I get weighed tomorrow I'll probably be having to do more than that to lose Xmas gain - but on the whole I'm more or less where I want to be.

I have passed the details to my mum as I have loads of food left from the summer that is still in date and as of tomorrow I am TOTALLY back on plan (DC) ! In fact I am more than dreading the scales tomorrow! I did have an attempt before Christmas but for one reason or another ( and I could list lots of reasons!! - I have only myself to blame !!) So my plan - time permitting I will be around on the DC threads again.
