So here it is - this is what's needed me thinks - a fresh start.

Ok, so its only virtual but I already feel a little relief after all yer replies yesterday night and ive had a nice sleep and a think and i've decided to take everything as it comes.

Im a believer in what will be will be, if its meant to happen it will and i had kinda lost my way a little on that belief but its back and im sticking to it.

So tuesday is the new start. Going to get this christmas holiday weight off and then see how i feel only then with regards to losing more.

Arranged to go shopping tomorrow with my grandma as i know if i go on my own i will pick up crap food whereas if my grandma tags along she'll be like oh why you putting that in your trolley etc etc so good thinking i think lol

Brilliant plan! And make sure you eat before you go- I pick up all sorts of stuff I'll never eat when I shop when I'm a little hungry!:p
 
Oh i had a slice of toast and a crumpet before shopping.

Bought; salad gear, chicken breasts, ham, turkey mince, LF bol sauce, apples, bananas, LF Yogs & s.s milk. That will keep me going for this week as ive fish & veg in the freezer and staple stuff upstairs in me drawer.

About to write up my weekly plan and i will stick to the blasted thing! Will post when done :) xxx

D- Baked Chicken & veg.​

*30mins wii fit​

Thursday 7th Jan

B- Banana. Muesli & s.smilk
L- Tuna salad.
D- Grilled gammon & veg.​

*30mins wii fit​

Friday 8th Jan

B- Banana. Muesli & s.smilk
L- Tuna & sweetcorn salad.
D- Grilled gammon & veg.​

Saturday 9th Jan
****weigh in day​

B- Banana. Muesli & s.smilk.
L- Ham, LF Soft Cheese & lettuce sandwich/Soup & 2 slices bread.
D- Chicken tikka (LF sauce) with wholemeal rice.​

Sunday 10th Jan

B- Porridge. Fruit.
L- ???
D- WW parmasan & pesto pasta sauce with wholemeal penne pasta & quorn chicken pieces.​

So there it is. The plan for the week and i will stick to the damn thing!!!!! :D

Aiming to drink atleast 2litres of water and do 30mins on the wii fit which will be the running one and the step one.​

Got the wii fit plus for crimbo so might get that set up in a mo see which one im guna do tomorrow.​

The week after im guna start swimming again.​

Have to crack this this time. I will do it :)

Saturday is weigh in after 4 days of 'good' eating.​

I WILL NOT PICK!

Wish me luck guys, think im guna need it! :sigh:​

Feels so good to be back to documenting everything! :D

So today has been good so far :) I have decided to count calories to give me that extra bit of strictness and to also see if maybe one day i feel hungry i can see if im actually eating 'enough' if ya get me :p

Tuesday 5th Jan

B- Banana (100cals) Muesli & s.smilk (230cals)

L- Ham salad. LF Yog & Apple.
Ham (65cals)
Mixed leaves (15cals)
Tomato (15cals)
Carrot (20cals)
Cucumber (5cals)
Lemon & pepper dressing (24cals)

Yog (100cals)
Apple (40cals)

D- Baked salmon (161 cals) Cooked veg (62 cals) Boiled egg (100cals) 40g Salsa (16cals)

*1ltr water
*1 cuppa tea with s.smilk & 2 sweetners (20 calories)
*500ml sugar free pear & apple juice (14cals)

*3 slices of ham when got home from work (60 calories)

*wii fit + = 31mins / 142cals burnt (apparantly ;))
-step 15mins
-jogging
-boxing
-lunges
-kung fu summat lol
-bouncing numbers

Total Calories = 1,048

Anyone know the exact amount of calories in a cuppa tea?

My cal book says 8 (with skimmed milk) but i had sweeters too and a tiny dash of s.smilk.

**note; lemon & pepper dressing far too overpowering for a salad ... would be loverly with chicken or fish :) It was a Asda be good to yourself one.
