hi,
Im thinking about this diet can any1 tell me abit bout it ie how n where i get the food from how much it costs ihow successful u ave bn ect

Cambridge is available through Cambridge Counsellors. The price can vary as it is at your CDC's discression. It's round about £33 a week. Most CDC's don't charge for their time and there are no membership fees since it is not a club.

You can find a CDC here Cambridge Diet find a counsellor

but not all of them are on there so it may be worthwhile calling the freephone number on 0800 161412

The losses are pretty much the same as LL, about a stone a month. If you stick at it...it does work.

hi thanks now im wonderin i u can help me make a profile wiv one of those tracker things ive emailed the counsellor in my area and hopefull will start asap im looking to loose around 5 stone!

Good luck on loosing your 5 stone, seems daunting but I am half waY THERE, this diet sure as hell works! I love it!!!!

hi stacie yeh im also from sunderland so that will be gd im tryin 2 sort ou how 2 get the foods ect b4 i can start
