Hi I SHOULD have started today BUT the weather is SO bad (& I have a bad back too) I couldn't make it to the chemist's. Going tomorrow whether the weather (lol!) is good or terrible to get my supplies.

I am 42 have i have 3 girls and 3 gran children . 1 still at school ,just finish work and finish day 5 I didnt think much to soups and bars but found shakes ok ,but we are all didfrount me 13 ,3 half first weight in friday

Well there's more snow here so I've ordered a starter pack online. It's a shame you have no choice in mixed boxes & they won't swap flavours you hate, I found this out when I rang to ask a few questions, the girl was very nice & helpful. She also told me a guy had to rung up to speak to their promotions department the other day as he'd lost NINE STONE in TEN MONTHS!!!! Just hope I like their flavours, I did the Cambridge diet 18 months ago and enjoyed the soups & bars more than the fruity shakes but I had to quit due to money issues. It was great but NO FOOD at all, just a TINY meal for the 4th week & no exercise allowed, this, I hope will be easier, knowing I can have a dinner/lunch every day AND I can exercise (once my back is better) which has to help firm & tone up the muscles/burn off MORE fat, it was torture preparing food & not tasting it, even dog food smelt wonderful!!!!lol
You are a VERY young grandma!!!! Are you like me on a second marriage/relationship? I have a grown up son from my first marriage but thankfully his gf is mature enough to realise he is NOT parent material yet.

i find shakes ok

but not soup first weigh in this friday ,and feeling slimmer and hope full .and maybe able to shift my weight and how i will change the way i eat when i have .good luck my girls have older men . my son in law is my age young looking lol
