Does anyone struggle with EE?

I have always been a red or green girl and when i have tried EE i have always gained! Have rejoined SW last week and am doing EE to the letter- hope it works. I love how everyone is so positive about it, hopefully i will be too come WI on Wed!
 
In my experience, the people who struggle with EE are those who do not build their meals around the superfree foods. These really help avoid any overindulging on the red/green free foods. ANd this should apply to the red and green plans as well as EE.
 
Well i am sticking to it like glue this week whilst enjoying a few syns too! If it works, i will be well pleased as it doesnt seem as if i am dieting!! Thanks everyone :)
 
I, too was very surprised it worked. Also had been red or green before but am loving EE. Good luck. If you haven't already seen the new magazine it has some really scrummy EE recipes .
 
I'm interested in this cos I have only ever known EE and it worked fab for me - then I flirted with Green and 2 HEXs which worked better through a working day but I felt cheated that I was losing the freedom of EE and I'm not sure which I like the most. New Year and a new start for me (despite eating everything in sight over Xmas and still losing 2lb!!!)
 
I have done red/green in the past before EE, but this time I have only done EE, and my losses are about the same.
I much prefer EE, as it's so much more flexible and easier to maintain.
 
I'm with Sonia on this! I've only done EE this time and I like how you don't have to think about it.
 
I'm starting class on thursday, i have only ever known red and green days so its going to be a learning curve, i'm quite scared about it as i know it will be hard to controlling my carbs :/

But with the help on here abd the food diarys and meals that are on here i'm going to give it a really good go :)
 
I'm new here (and only been on SW 3 weeks)
I got red and green round my neck a bit the first week! *is a bit thick apparently*

I gave it 4 days, then I tried an EE day and I was more than happy.

I don't drink enough tea/have enough cereal/bread to need milk AND cheese and also bread AND cereal.
I can change my mind easier without having to get the books out again.

My job is a bit mental at times and if I'm at work and have forgotten my food, or I've got to stay later, I can chuck a meal together with what's at work and know I'm alright.
 
I have started ee since xmas and i'm so happy i can have my curry with rice or bolognese with spaghetti. Makes me feel alot fuller for longer. Only thing i'm struggling with is the 1 HEB. I love the hifi bars but after 1 of those thats it for the day. I am happy to be cutting out bread for a while though.
 
I just can't imagine me eating so much superfree food - the thought of all that veg makes me ill :jelous:

I'm definately an oldschooler though I'd like to try EE as it's the main plan now.
 
I really am sticking to it this week, and i know i shoudnt get on the scales at home- but it's not showing any loss! I am a wednesday weigher!!!

Why not buy the Alpen Lite bars instead of the Hi Fi bars? You can have two of those!
 
I'm finding myself turning to EE more and more with just the occasional red and green day thrown in, and I'm loving it too.
