Restart today!!!!

This is my 3rd attempt to restart but put on a stone since i last came off Lipo so determinded to lose that and another one on top! Day 1 today doing ok but Boyf making full english I can do this though I wanna wear size 10 dress for my birthday in march xxx

Hi, Good luck with it, you did it before so you know you can do it! Mean bf cooking brekkie, i'm glad i'm single and only man i have to cook for is my 5yr old. Mind you chips and fish fingers never looked so good!lol

I forgot how custard like the shakes taste ha ha just had my 1st strawberry one x

Keep going..well done on getting to Day 1...some dont even get that far

B/F still has to eat and you will learn that it just becomes part and parcel with LT. I still have to cook for my hubby, etc...but on LT I actually really enjoy cooking. Whilst off LT I hated cooking and avoided it like the plague!!! Strange or what!

You wil find you love the smell of food
