Thinking of starting

Hey all,

I did LL in 2003 & lost an amazing 10 stone. However, I have put most of it back on

Just wanted to know if anyone is a similar weight to me & if so, how long it took to loose 4 stone

I am 19.7 stone & want to make my 1st goal 15.7.

How many weeks will it take - any feedback wouth be really appreciated!

I lost 8stone in 2007 and have put it all back on. However I lost 4st 2lb in the first 12 weeks and I should think that this would be a good estimation for how long it would take to lose 4 stone, although some people lose quicker than this
