that yesterday was my fattest day ever! I am now even fatter than I was at full term pregnancy 11 years ago. :sigh:
Today can only be the start of the new me!

today is day 1 and so far so good! Had 1 shake and 1 litre of water and 2 cups of tea!

I too am fatter than I was at full term pregnancy. My excuse....I am a greedy piglet, but no more CD day 3 for me today and loving it
