I think its there are currently 2 series running on Sky but I did see a an advert for a new series starting on the 4th Jan but available before that on anytime tv

That could be right. I got one from anytime. And then found somthing on sky real lives tonight. Won't know which series it is until i watch the programme later.

i like bob and julian i like the fact they push each and every individual
it is gruelling, even people of regular body weight will find those exercises hard
