Oodles of Noodles!

Are all noodles free? that includes the dry kinds and egg noodles?

If they are the dried ones that you need to boil in water before using then they are syn free. Fresh noodles and the ones that come ready to use in pouches usually have syns as they add oil to stop them sticking.

Ok, thanks. So does that include noodles like pot noodle?

I don't know the syn values of Pot Noodles as I've forgotten my password to get onto Syns Online! But Bachelors Super Noodle - Low Fat variety only - are syn free. I believe the others have syns in the flavour sachet so if you take that out then the noodles themselves are free. I'm sure someone can correct me if this is wrong
