Can someone tell me the syn values for:

• Cardamoms
• Bay leaves
• Cumin seeds
• Ground almonds
• Garlic and Ginger pasta
• Cinnamon sticks

Need to know for Indian recipes, thanks

As far as I know they are all free with exception of the ground almonds which are 4.5 syns per level tbsp and the garlic and chili paste will vary depending on ingredients.
