Merry Christmas everyone
I'm currently defrosting a silverside joint of beef and plan on cooking it tomorrow, ready for xmas dinner. Now i would really like to slow cook it through the day so its nice a tender but i'm really not sure how long for? I don't want to spoil it. How long do you cook it for? We like it medium to well done
