Quick fromage frais Q!

How do you make it thicker once you have put stuff in it? Added some to my roulade, but even being in the fridge hasn't made it set properly.

Any suggestions?

I can only think to make that thicker is to add quark or maybe even gelatine.

i agree, fromage frais wont go thicker, but I would've used quark anyway. Whisk quark with sweentner and fill your roulade with it, much nicer. If you want to add a few syns, whisk lemon curd into the quark then fill the roulade with it and raspberries. yummy
 
Thanks guys. used a mixture of the two and the filling was yummy. Meringues not great, but edible nevertheless.
