Hi..I can't get onto the site and was hoping someone could help me work out the syns for a mini cupcake..the NV's are:

90 kcals
12.8 g carbohydrates
0.8 g protein
4.2 g fat

if you add this I can do it

4.5 syns on all plans per 100gms.
Don't know how much the cup cakes weigh though, so you'll need to weigh them and calculate from there.

Thanks! The nv's were for each cupcake (21g)..100g is somethin like 430 kcals

4.5 syns per cupcake (not per 100g). For things like this which have no 'free' food content, you can use the 20 kcals = 1 syn rule.
