So annoyed with myself

whenever I have a good week (i lost 3.5lbs at weigh in yesterday) i seem to go majorly off track the following day. It's like because im doing well im allowed to treat myself and just end up going completely off plan

Today I've had toast and marmite for breakfast, quorn cottage pie for lunch, then now i've just had 2 potato waffles, a chicken breast AND 2 pieces of bread. I feel like im still hungry and as ive been 'bad' already Im thinking about takeaway tonight - whats wrong with me?! sorry for the rant - needed to get it out!

ok i got one word - STOP - I dont see what you have eaten as so bad? except the 2 lots of bread which you can syn and the potato waffles aren't that bad.

So you have slipped up! but if i was you i wouldnt go wild and have a takeaway because if you have a take away that will ruin the day but if you had a nice evening meal then you couple of little mistakes today wont be reflected in your way in.

but the choice is yours.... stay strong hun.

you can repair the damage you have done today but if you have that takeaway you will have twice as much to undo!

lol i just reread that and it sounded a little harsh... it wasnt meant like that :D

you can do it... we all have faith in you!

You've not done too bad actually, it's not like you've spent all day picking at chocolate or downed a bottle of wine. Don't be so hard on yourself! Feel positive about your loss and act positively. We have a students creed at my martial arts class that goes "I intend to develop myself in a positive manner and avoid anything that could reduce my physical health or mental growth". Going off plan is not positive and will affect you physically and mentally. Try and say this whenever you know you're just about to eat something you shouldn't, it really does work and will make you feel like you're really doing something positive.
And could I say that word anymore in one post? lmao
