I had no internet for a bit and I kinda fell off the wagon - not too bad I have only gained about 3 lbs but I am finding it really hard to get my head in the right place again and feel like saying sod it till January but I dont want to do that and feel crap all over Christmas, I couldnt go to group this week or next so wont be going back until January but Id love a little loss or a STS. Any tips to get me motivated again?:break_diet:
