Hi MM's!!

It's my baby girls 1st birthday next Wednesday (where has that year gone to?!) and I am doing a little tea party for her, 2 of her little friends and a lot of our friends and family.

Can anyone think of any (preferably Green Day) party snacks which are pretty easy to make? I am going to save some syns for Iceland Party food but I also want to do some SW friendly snacks so that I don't feel that I have to use up all my syns.

Thanks :)

There's a recipe on here somewhere for Polenta bread, I've tried it & it's yummy. Potato wedges, rice salad, pasta salad, quorn chilli (kept warm in slow cooker), couscous salad, tortilla, boiled eggs.

That's all I can think of for now, have a lovely day, they do grow up far too quickly mine are 17 & 19 & I just can't believe it sometimes!

I make sw scotch eggs and all you do is get 600g minced pork or you can go get the chicken that recepie that the mag said and you mix in parsley, chives handfull of each and 1tsp each of curry powder and mix herbs then some seasoning and you boil 3 eggs and mash then when cooled you split the meat into 16 and roll into balls then flatte and place egg mix in middle and seal to ball shape again and put in fridge for 8hrs then beat an egg and make wholemeal breadcrumbs with 8oz bread and coat each one and place on baking sheet lined with parchment and spray with frylight and cook 190c for 15-20 mins. well worth it they are lush.
