hi guys
ive not posted for a while but could do with some support i reckon.
so im coming up to 14 wks on ss+ and it all just is becoming too much im so pleased with the weight ive lost and to look at its such a change im well chuffed... but its a long time n i just feel enoughs enough. thats how im feeling but im refusing to allow myself to give up or change plans etc whats wrong with me reckon if i stop mucking around i could be at goal in 10 wks thats really not that long!!!
ive cheated this week and hating myself for it ive kinda stuck to plan mostly but had a few milky coffees and TWO bars of choc on diff days. n my oh has just gone out to wrk tonight he dnt usually do nights n i ate two pieces of bread n a fish finger!!! this is ridiculous. in my obvious guilt jumped on scales ive put on a lb. its W.I tomorrow ( a day early) i go every fortnight n this two weeks i would have lost 4 lb! i know its my own fault but i averaged that loss on slimming world eating loads!!!
i dont even know what im expecting anyone to say i just wnt to re introduce myself to the forum n make a fresh start i guess. I have been absolutely exhausted the past few weeks i dnt think thats helping...... im counting down to new yrs eve when ive granted myself a 100% day off so i can go out that night after a day of carbs so im not even looking forward to xmas dinner!! ahh man this can be done it can surely ive come this far :-(

week 2& 3 = 8lb
week 4 = 2lb
week 5& 6 = 9lb
week 7 = 4lb
week 8& 9 = 8lb
week 10& 11 = 4lb
week 12& 13 = 5lb
starting weight 244lb
target weight 161lb
losses to date 48lb
still to loose 35lb
