Hi all,

Wondered how many syns I should count my christmas tree chocolates as? They were unbranded ones from Morrisons - some are caramel half bells (poss Cadburys now I think about it) and the others are hollow little people about 2" high?

The packets are long gone - and I didn't even think to look!

Not a clue I'm afraid But could I ask if anyone knows how many syns a candy cane would be?

Try weighing the hollow ones and use a syn value for Dairy Milk, etc to work it out.

Candy cane - do you know how many calories?

Dont know about the syns but have been having problems even finding chocs for the tree-am off to morrisons tomorrow!! THanks folks

Haven't a clue about calories for the dancy cane. Don't have the box any more Sorry, didn't think of that...
