So this is my brand new shiny SW diary!

A bit about me

My name is Kimberley, im 21 and have a gorgeous partner and an even more gorgeous baby! He's 7 months old now and the past 5 months have been me trying various diets.​

I've always been a WW girl but with a baby I don't have time to write and point EVERYTHING that goes into my mouth. So here I am!​

My main reasons for slimming are quite simple, Im getting married on the 18th Sept 2010 and I want to look AMAZING! I don't want to be a huge bride, I will settle for being medium because I don't think I will ever be small. I also want to do this for my health, I want another baby, but want my bump to be baby not baby and fat =]​

So this is it. I join up tomorrow night and will be starting first thing friday morning. Im so excited!​

You can be what ever size and weight you want to be, youv just gotta want it and positive thinking is a powerful tool.

Your little one is gorgeous, and will benifit from this new healthy eating journey also.

Well I've written my shopping list for next week! I've just basically copied the free menu on the website but it will do for the next week whilst I get my head round it.

Is it sad that im really excited? I know I've put alot of weight on the last few weeks where I've not been following WW but it's going to come off - thats the main thing!

Fern you've done so well! Over 4st loss is amazing!

Well I need to loose about 7.5st ish. Im hoping to get rid of 4st by my wedding next year, Im trying not to set myself targets but just loose as much as possible and see that number on my signiture become bigger and bigger.

Better look up what time class is at (again) I have the memory of a goldfish!
 
So I went along to my first meeting. The SWC was lovely - very upbeat and motivational. I think I like her!

I have my menu plan for tomorrow, I hope its ok. Im getting weighed on tuesday next week instead of thursday so won't have the full 6 days dieting! Two people that joined last week lost 6lbs each- lucky *******!

Im knackered so off to beddy byes and to start my new healthy way of life tomorrow =]
 
So heres what I've done/doing today =]

Breakfast
2 slices WW wholemeal bread hexb
2 poached eggs
2 grilled flat mushrooms
Banana
2 mini babybels (not the light ones) hexa

Lunch
2x small/medium jacket spuds
Beans
2x ex light laughing cow triangles 2 syns
3x wafer thin honey roast ham

Snack
Fat free strawberry yoghurt 1 syn
Banana
Raspberries
Blueberries - Small handful of both

Tea
SW spag bol made with - carrots, celery, mince, chopped tomatoes & spices
Mixed frozen veg

Snack
Alpen light bar 3 syns

I've just had the fruit with the yoghurt and it was bloody lovely!!! Think I'll defo be having more of that! And I also ate until I was getting comfortably full when having lunch. I think I could possibly be in love with SW. Hope it shows on the scales next week - Im getting weigh after 5 days this week!

I had another bowl full of fruit and yohurt last night - I hope thats ok! Apart from that I pretty much stuck to the plan above!

Try to stay away from the scales, Im dreading that Im eating so much (even if it is healthy) Im going to gain weight - not good!
 
So I had my works night out on saturday night and ended up drinking - alot! I've nearly had my weeks worth of syns already. I didn't have any syns yesterday just ate lots of free foods and my HEX.

I don't think I've lost lots of weight this week at all - maybe 2lbs lol. For 4.5 days of dieting I don't think thats too bad tbh!

So far I've had-

Quorn Sausages
Eggs
Red Onion
Beans
Cherry Tomatoes
28g cheddar HEX
 
Sooo I lost 3.5lbs! VVVVV HAPPY!!! With only 5 days and 2 nights drinking I am extremely pleased!!! That takes me to 33lbs lost so far!

So heres to maintaining next week!

Well I put on what I lost last week and 0.5lb more! Oooops!!! I did more or less completely fall off the wagon.

So it's day 2 of my restart and I've had a big fry up for breakfast yum yum! I've got 8 days til weigh in and loose those 4lbs, and hopefully one more!!!

Thank you Henna, it sometimes doesn't feel like Im getting it at all! I think I've possibly been eating too many carbs, espesh when it comes to pasta, I could eat a ton of the stuff! I thought I could stick to red days but I like baked beans too much - arrghhhh!! So im going to weigh pasta - and thats it 35g dried portion.

I had a good session at the gym this morning. I went at 7.30am! It was quite busy by the time I left just past 8am though. Wonder how many of them will still be going in March - I know I will be.

I told my SWC about the wedding in Sept and that I will need to pick a dress by May and she said she can do wonders by then. I am determined to do this more than ever. I NEED to do this, for me and my little boy.

I can't believe there are so many syns in oatcakes! I will defo be staying away from them in future, I ran out of ryvita so they were the closest alternative for me.

Hello, Im new to this so nervous about my first weigh in!! I dont see how I could possibly loose weight cos im finding it really easy. Though its my *star week* so the lack of chocolate has left many men with no heads !! hee hee farthers boyfriends work collegues beware !
Doesnt help that we have a very rare night out on Sat for a friends engagement only be able to have 6 vodka and diet lemonades and that will take me to 15 syns and I dont even like them ! lol
Anyone have any inspiration for some treats for my star weeks? I like baking but am sick of looking at lollies already :p
