lazy 'rice' question

hi everyone!!!
Just wondered if uncle bens microwave rice that comes in a pouch is free?
I find it quick and easy and was planning on throwing some onion, chicken and sweetcorn with cajun spices but can never be bothered with boil in the bag rice, although if the microwavable is not free then I'll have to be bothered!!! ha ha ha!!!

I'm not 100% sure but I think it needs to be synned.
Which one do you want to use.?
pilau.? golden.? fried.? basmati.? and I will check for you.

I'm pretty sure it's synned too...but quite low.

Express long grain rice is 1 for the pouch, all the rest are higher
