OMG - REALLY worried...

I said I;d go to WI even though I know I've gained - had a week where I was off and on, plan wise...now it's almost time to leave and I'm really scared, don't want to go!

My scales at home are telling me that I've gained about 9lbs since last week, and they're usually not too far out....most I've ever gained before was 6lbs and that was bad enough.

OMG....

you need to go get weighed in and restart again in the morning, if you know what you have done "wrong" then you can put it right :) take one of the food diarys to fill in and track yourself, you can do this hun
pm me if you like we can help each other :) (although im away for 5 days starting tomorrow)

- Mate, whats the difference going or not. even if you dont go and weigh in, is that gunna make you lighter? are you gunna drop those 9lbs overnight?

No. you'l drop them by going and listening to your consultant talk some sence into you so you can start afresh tomorrow..

Wishing you all the best xxxxxxxxxxxx

Ill be there hun so dont worry, its party week so even if you have gained that much you wont have to talk about it in group as well all be too busy chewing down our party grub. You cant stay tonight either cos of your do so you can literally weigh and run.
Just ask Lisa for a quiet word if you want and wi early before we all get there, noones going to judge hun were all in the same boat and we all have bad weeks. Plus if anyones mean ill hit them in the face with this cake thing im taking.

I say definately go tonight, so what if it is a big gain, just wipe the slate clean after your weigh in and start a fresh.

Write a meal planner for the following week, so you know exactly what you are having before you even enter the kitchen and are therefore less likely to grab for anything you shouldnt.

Also if you dont go and get weighed, the chances are you may fall even more off track. I know this is what happens with me, as I lose my motivation and once you stop going to one weigh in, it becomes 2, 3 and then you stop going altogether.

We are all here for support. You can do it :D

I hope it went ok xx

Thanks everyone...well, I went, and I got weighed by the C and 'only' gained 4lbs *phew*
I'm happy with that, as it turns out, as it's the same few lbs I've been playing with recently...

It's been a while since I've been dreading SW that much!
