Newbie

Hello, im thinking of starting the Exante diet, however i am slightly confused. Having previously done the cambridge diet and lighter life i have having some difficulty understanding why this diet is so much cheaper then them. Is this the same as LL & CD or am I missing something?

It is on special offer for Christmas, presumably as an incentive to start the diet. It is normally just under £40 a week for the variety pack. I have not done LL or CD so don't know exactly how they operate or what they offer for the costs. Hope this helps.
