Pasta and SAuce Help Please

I've heard a whisper that some pasta and sauces are free or very low syn can anyone point me in the right direction as to which ones these are?

Hi, we have a syn values forum where you'll find information on this. It's a question that comes up regularly so if you do a search (button towards top right hand side of main page that says search this forum) you'll find the info you're looking for. Many are free but some have a small syn value but this will tell you which ones.

The two flavours I eat are free (chicken & mushroom and the tomato & herb) - but there are lots more. Some do have syn values though.

BUT

They are only free when you make with water only. If you use the milk/butter you need to syn appropriately (or use as part of HEA for milk).
