:cry:Not weigh day till Friday but......as we do, had a little look today and after 2 gorgeous meals out since Saturday I have gained 5 1/2lb and I still have another meal out on Thursday. I know its not fat as such but flippin heck peeps it just goes to show what eating food that isn't on plan like cream, butter yummy lovely deserts and creamy curries will do to you. Got to go for damage limitation this week now and hope for the best and then back into it full swing till christmas dinner, and then full pelt till target reached. So, if you are eating foods not on the SW plan, expect to get your hands bitten and don't whinge, just except it and move on, but make sure you correct your mistakes. xx
