WOO HOO 3 STONE OFF FINALLY :-)

i thought i would never get here but finally got the 3 stone off - I now weight 15stone. Still along way off but I feel so much better. Heading to South Africa on 21st Feb for 3 weeks so after Christmas need to go all out and try and get as much off as possible. Thanks for all your support mwahhhh x x x x

Good girl, Angela. It is a great landmark for you. I found three stone so noticeable in the mirror, in my clothes, in how I felt about myself and in how other people notice the difference. iT is fab to have the trip to SA to look forward to. You will easily knock off another couple of stone before then.
