HELP, NEED ALL OF YOUR SUPPORT:sigh:
first and for most, let me introduce myself
HI!! you can call me Dee, i guess i can call myself a struggler. i had anorexia nervosa before (now i still have the anxiety and fear of gaining weight) i was 120lbs before (i used to weigh 155lbs) and i had secondary anorexhia which lead to, me having PCOS(i'm currently on medication) so i need to add a few pounds so that my hormones would be balance. Now i'm 126lbs the right weight for me, my PCOS ON MEDICATION and i'm really struggling maintainng my weight it would go up on the weekend then stabalize again on the weekdays which is unhealthy(not to mention having PCOS could cause diabetes, high cholesterol and high blood pressure, in a long term and if i wouldn't have a healthy lifestyle) . i really want to maintain a weight of 123lbs
i'm doing this diary so that i can share what food i ate and so that i could share my feelings(which i've never done before, maybe i just want to feel that i'm not alone struggling :'( ).
