Loss of Appetite

Has anyone else got a loss of appetite at the moment?

I am struggling at meal times at the moment, as I find I just don't feel hungry. Which in itself is a new thing for me, otherwise I wouldnt be overweight in the first place.

Same here, its bizaar. I love my food.. dunno whats wrong with me!

OH recons its a natural instinct to not over eat now as im aware of teh festive season and all the food approaching.. infact, he likened me to a snake, preparing for a big meal... (cheeky ******* haha)

lol at your OH Fern.

It is annoying in a way, as I keep cooking lovely dinners, and then finding I don't fancy much of it when it comes to eating it. I should be having my lunch right now. but decided I am not hungry, and don't want to just eat it for the sake of it. So have just had a piece of fruit instead.

I am just worried that going to not eating much all of a sudden, might send my body into a panic and start holding onto everything I do eat.

yes yes yes this is soo me toooo im only drinking water to !

Katykoos...me too! xx

I have not had much of an appetite for the last few weeks so eat only when I am hungry, which is more often than not just once a day. My weight lost has been better than it was when I ate much more, so I am not sure if that effects everyone.

ok here comes the question ? are we going to loo regular or not !

I know its bit personal, but there is method in my question

SW can cause as many Know the dreaded constipation! this can creep on gradually over time.
This means that your body is adjusting to your new lifestyle. Upping ones fluid and excersice normally will rectify this along with a general helping of veggies and fribre on a daily basis.

I am interested in what plan you have been doing and over what sort of time span.

I am doing extra easy and have been doing it for quite a few months now. Although had a couple of months off just recently when I had some personal stuff going on as I wasn't focused. It could well be that which made me lose my appetite too I suppose.

I'm also not eating as much at the moment. I'm eating to my appetite, which should be fine, but I'm also worried that I'm not eating enough and it'll stop me losing. Have a look at my diary - I'm hardly snacking and I'm having things like quorn and a poached egg for dinner!

I like the theory that my body knows I'm going to be indulging a lot so is just naturally cutting itself down! LOL!
