Hi could anyone tell me if these are a good option on EE please? They are the sort where you pay for a portion of ham or whatever, then help yourself to a variety of different salads. I presume I would have to allow some syns for the pasta in sauce, but there are some with tomatoe based sauces. There are also bulgar what and rice salad on offer. Does anyone use these and how many syns do you allow?
