A 30-stone man has died after the stretcher being used to load him into an ambulance tipped over, spilling him into the street.

Jeez, poor man. Having said that, how do the crews manage to lift someone that heavy?

God that's sad, wonder if his death was solely to do with the fall though, it doesn't mention why he was going to hospital in the article.

oh no,thats terrible. I wonder if it was just the fall that killed him or if there was something else wrong with him and he died from that.
Poor man though.
