Week 1 Weigh In

Hi everyone

I've just weighed myself after week one on Exante with no cheats at all and lost 11lbs!!

I am very pleased, but did have a tough day yesterday. Felt sooo hungry all day - it was a toughy.

So I know I'm not going to lose any near as much this week, but I'm also worried as I've got 2 dinners to go to before my next weigh in. I know I need to avoid carbs and alcohol - any other tips from you experts out there??

Got to keep focussed on the long term goal!;)
 
Well done, my only other tip for your meals out is if there is a dancefloor - get on it and burn some calories - most of all enjoy yourself - you don't need alcohol to have a good time!
