Need some help with meal ideas

My favourite dinner since starting WW is:

Half a ready made mash (from tescos) - 3 pts
300g Chicken breast - 5pts
Mixed peppers, carrot, red onion & cherry tomatoes - 0pts
Schwartz mediterranean veg mix with a little olive oil - 2pts

Also, try TLC prawn cocktail with loads of lettuce and cherry tomatoes works out at only 3.5pts
 
Here's a low pointer :)

2pc of Wholemeal bread toasted - 2pts
1 whole egg plus 3 egg whites - 1.5pts
half a can of chopped tomatos - 0 pts
mushrooms cooked in 1 cal spray - 0 pts

Cook it all up in a pan (you can add a little bit of milk into the eggs to make them scrambled) - don't forget salt and pepper!

Whack it on the toast - and its so yummy, filling and cheap all for 3.5pts!! I have it as a breakfast on the weekends too!! :)
